HEALTHCARE RESOURCES
AtlantiCare LGBTQ+: AtlantiCare is committed to providing respectful and compassionate health care to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ+) patients. We aim to meet the unique needs of each patient regardless of sexual or gender orientation.
Cooper University Health Care Center for LGBTQ+ Health: Includes a team of providers dedicated to meeting the healthcare needs of the LGBTQ+ community. Their website also provides links to other national and local resources.
Haddonfield Primary and Specialty Care: A LGBTQ+ affirming practice that provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ patients to seek inclusive, multidisciplinary care.
Mazzoni Center: The Mazzoni Center located in Center City, Philadelphia, provides STD testing, HIV support, reproductive and gender-affirming services, behavioral health, addiction recovery and more, for adults and youth.
CAMDEN COUNTY RESOURCES
Camden County LGBTQ+ Resources: Camden County resources that provide help and community to our LBGTQ+ residents by offering programs, services, support groups, healthcare, financial aid, housing, and so on.
Camden DREAMS: Camden DREAMS provides apartments in the Camden area for young adults who have aged out of the foster care system or for young people without the support of family. With the guidance of counselors, young adults learn to set goals, make responsible choices, and develop a plan for a self-sufficient futures.
NEW JERSEY ORGANIZATIONS
The Pride Center of New Jersey: The Pride Center was founded in 1994. For two and a half decades, we have served the needs of the LGBTQ community, empowering thousands of individuals to live authentic lives.
Jersey Gay Pride: Jersey Gay Pride's mission is to promote equality, respect, and awareness of important causes, such as bullying, food and shelter, job readiness, and local and national resources to the LGBTQ+ community of Southern and Eastern New Jersey and the surrounding areas.
Kaleidoscope: Kaleidoscope is a community-based LGBTQIA+ program that offers monthly meetings and ongoing virtual platforms in a welcoming atmosphere where teens and young adults like you can find support, guidance, and a sense of community. Kaleidoscope provides a safe, supportive environment for LGBTQIA+ and allied teens and young adults to gather, socialize, organize, and help each other.
Groups are held in-person and virtually each month for both teens and young adults. Monthly group meetings for teens and for young adults are held in-person and virtually at various locations throughout New Jersey including in Camden, Essex, Mercer, Morris, and Sussex Counties.
Safe Harbor Healing Minds | Essex County LGBT RAIN Foundation: Safe Harbor Healing Minds (SHHM) provides FREE comprehensive mental health support for LGBTQ+ individuals, ages 18 to 30, to enhance their well-being. Services include individual and group therapy sessions led by certified therapists specializing in LGBTQ-related issues and trauma therapy. SHHM offers peer mentorship programs, peer support specialists, and specialized support groups within the LGBTQ+ community.

PFLAG
PFLAG is the nation's largest organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them.
The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project is the leading suicide prevention and crisis intervention nonprofit organization for LGBTQ young people. We provide information & support to LGBTQ
young people 24/7, all year round.
National Center for Transgender Equality
The National Center for Transgender Equality is the nation's leading social justice advocacy organization winning life-saving change for transgender people.
American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU)
The ACLU works to ensure that lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people can live openly without discrimination and enjoy equal rights, personal autonomy, and freedom of expression and association.
The ACLU is an incredible resource for information regarding federal and state laws. The legal landscape for LGBTQ+ people is constantly evolving. KNOW YOUR LGBTQ+ RIGHTS.
Human Rights Campaign (HRC)
The goal at the Human Rights Campaign is to ensure that every LGBTQ+ person is free to live their life openly, with their equal rights ensured. We know that goal requires that we keep educating, supporting and inspiring ourselves and each other. Many resources available.
